Please note: Items are sold AS IS. The misuse of products sold by Thrifty Horse are not returnable. Product must not show any evidence of wear and must be returned with all its original tags. Product showing any sign of wear or alteration (e.g. dirty or washed) will be returned to the customer without a refund.
Refunds will be given in full if returned within 15 business days of purchase. Item returned must be in original state and packaging with tags and a copy of the purchase receipt must be present. Please allow 1-3 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed. As soon as your return or exchange is received and processed you will receive an email confirmation.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and exchanges may incur additional shipping charges. The shipping carrier you choose to return your package is your choice. Yet, we recommend you send back your package through a carrier such as UPS or FedEx that allows you to track your returning package.
